In their review, published 04.12.2019, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the USA concluded that there was no evidence of harm caused by wireless technology, totally disregarding the growing evidence of sickness.

In response, lawsuits have been filed - one by the Environmental Health Trust (EHT) and Consumers for Safe Cell Phones, and one by the Children’s Health Defense (CHD).

11,000 pages of evidence have been filed to refute the FCC’s conclusion.

The case is being heard by the U.S. Courts of Appeals of the DC Circuit. Oral arguments were scheduled for Jan. 25 at 9:30 a.m. EST. The public can listen to it on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E3jsLvaLC3g (session starts at 1:48)

Prof. David Carpenter is one of the co-editors of the BioInitiative Report (a comprehensive review of the science by 29 leading scientists and public health experts) and he has also petitioned against this conclusion.
