Joel M. Moskowitz is the Director of the Center for Family and Community Health at the School of Public Health, University of California, Berkeley. He has focused most recently on the adverse health effects of cell phone and wireless radiation. Moskowitz is also an advisor to the International EMF Scientist Appeal https://www.emfscientist.org/ who are calling upon the United Nations, WHO and UNEP and all United Nations Member States for greater health protection on EMF exposure.
