In accordance with the MCOL claim process, the defendant has a specified time to respond to the claim. The possible responses are shown on the reverse of the MCOL claim form:




The option selected by the defendant was the last option. The Acknowledgement of Service was made on 5th May 2021. The defendant has appointed a legal firm BLM (from Leeds) to submit a defense. This is due by 20th May 2021.
