This blog will chart the history of the 5G Awareness York claim against the City of York councillors who voted for the 5G Mast on Park Inn Hotel.
The claim was made after the notice period expired which warned that unless the councillors they carried out the recommendations in a email / letter dated 16th March 2021, they would be subject to a claim in the small claims court (MCOl).
